  • Ink & Ohm is a space where every tattoo is created with heart and intention. When you walk through our doors, you step into a colourful and cozy environment that feels warm and personal. It is a place where you can settle in, take your time, and know that your tattoo will be both a work of art and a meaningful part of your story.

    We take the time to listen and understand what you truly want, from the ideas you bring to the meaning behind them. Every step, from refining your design to preparing for your session, is done with care. Our artists work in a variety of styles, from delicate fine-line realism to vibrant florals and creative concepts, so your tattoo reflects you in the most authentic way.

    Beyond creating beautiful tattoos, we want you to have an experience you will remember fondly. We hope you will feel comfortable, heard, and safe, knowing that everything is prepared with the highest standards of hygiene and thoughtfulness.

Appointments

  • You may DM our artists directly on Instagram with the following details: 


    • Name 

    • Age

    • Design:

      • For flashes, please send a screenshot of the design to the artist 

      • For custom, please provide as much information like subjects to be included, reference photos. 

    • Size (in cm) 

    • Placement 

    • 3 preferred dates & timings

  • Yes, a deposit is required to secure our artists’ time and for them to start working on your tattoo design. It’ll be used to offset the total price of the tattoo. 

    The deposit amount will be dependent on the artist and complexity of the design, so do check with your artist directly. 

    Note:

    • Cancellations or rescheduling within less than 48 hours will result in a non-refundable deposit.

    • No-show will result in a non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Make sure to have any valid identification pass with you for us to verify your age if needed. 

    Remember to stay hydrated and have a light meal before your session!

Walk-Ins

  • We operate more on a scheduled appointment basis to ensure each client receives the time and attention they deserve to discuss their design thoroughly. 

    Scheduled appointments allow for in-depth consultations and personalized designs. 

    However, we also welcome walk-in clients who are looking to choose from our available flash designs showcased at the studio. 

    Please note that if you decide to walk in, there might be a waiting period if the artists are occupied with other clients at the moment. Your understanding of this process is greatly appreciated as we strive to provide the best experience for everyone.

Designs

  • Yes, custom tattoo designs are absolutely available. You may also add on a face-to-face consultation service with us to discuss your desired design in person.


    For walk-ins, we can work on custom designs if our artist happens to have sufficient time, and if the piece is small enough. However, please be prepared to wait for our artist to work on your custom design. It may take 1-2hrs depending on its complexity. To avoid disappointment, please reach out to your preferred artist beforehand!

  • Yes. Kindly send in your enquiry to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Minor size changes, placements, or small tweaks are generally acceptable. 

    However, significant design changes that require a complete overhaul may not be feasible during the same session. 

    If you're uncertain about your design, you are encouraged to consider booking a consultation before your actual tattoo session with us. 

    This will allow us to collaborate and ensure that you're fully satisfied with your chosen design before the tattooing process begins. 

    If you have a clear vision of your tattoo, we’re here to actualise it for you.

Things to note before your session

  • Absolutely. We know that having a companion by your side can make the experience more comforting and we completely understand that some of us would prefer to share this journey with a friend. 

    While you receive your tattoo, your friends can relax at our cozy lounge area.

    However, in order to ensure a conducive atmosphere and personalized attention, we suggest bringing a maximum of two friends to accompany you. This way, your time with us remains focused and enjoyable for everyone involved.

  • We recommend wearing loose and comfortable clothing that can easily expose the area you're getting tattooed. 

    Opt for fabrics that won't rub against your new tattoo and allow your skin to breathe. 

    If your tattoo will be in a more private area, we have stick-ons, cover-up clothing and robes available for your comfort. 

    Your ease is our priority, so feel free to dress in a way that makes you feel relaxed during your session.

  • You must be 18 years old or above to get a tattoo. We do not work on minors.

What to expect during the session

  • The duration of a typical tattoo session can vary widely based on factors such as the design's complexity, size, and your personal pain tolerance. 

    However, sessions generally range from a couple of hours to several hours. 

    We will provide you with a more accurate estimate based on your specific tattoo idea after you sent in your inquiry.

  • Tattoo pain varies based on factors like personal tolerance and placement of tattoo on the body. 

    While discomfort is normal, many find it more manageable than what they were expecting it to be. 

    Opt for less sensitive areas if concerned. 

    Eating, staying hydrated, and being well-rested can contribute to comfort. 

    During the process, we will use a numbing spray to make the pain more bearable if required. 

    Consider distractions like music and short breaks during longer sessions. 

    Your comfort is important to us, so let your artist know during the session if you need a pause or have any concerns.

Payment

    • Size and intricacy of the design

    • Placement on the body

    • Color complexity

    • Tattoo style and technique

  • We prefer for the remaining balance (after deducting the deposit) to be paid after the session via Paynow or cash.

    We accept Paypal too but please note that there will be platform fees and you’ll need to top up ~10% to offset the fees from your end. 

    If you have any questions, please check with our artists directly for their preferred payment method.

Aftercare

  • After your tattoo session, you'll receive a comprehensive and detailed aftercare guide from us. 

    This guide will provide you with all the necessary instructions and information to ensure your new tattoo heals properly and maintains its vibrant appearance.


    Your tattoo's longevity and appearance are important to us, so please follow the provided aftercare guidelines closely. 

    If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out, we’re here to assist you throughout your healing journey.

  • While tattoos are a long-lasting form of art, it's important to note that some fading and subtle changes in color and definition may occur over the years. 

    Factors like underlying skin conditions, sun exposure, skincare routines, and the quality of aftercare can contribute to how well your tattoo ages.

    To help maintain the vibrancy of your tattoo, we recommend following the aftercare guidelines provided and avoiding prolonged sun exposure.

    Additionally, opting for regular touch-up sessions can help refresh the colors and details of your tattoo if needed.

  • Yes, we provide a touch-up session with every tattoo.
